With summer internships off the table in 2020, we worked with Adobe and BuzzFeed to develop Make the Feed, an ambassador program to keep creativity alive during a summer in quarantine. Ten members of “Generation Create” got to learn from industry icons, take their Adobe skills to the next level, and then unleash their creativity on the BuzzFeed homepage during a 3-day takeover.

At the end of summer, the BuzzFeed homepage went live with content created entirely by the Make the Feed ambassadors, in what was BuzzFeed’s first ever 3-day takeover.
We highlighted each creator’s takeaways from Make the Feed on Adobe’s social channels.
Then we recorded the creative mentors’ teaching sessions and made them available to all, so the world can sit in on their lessons without having to even flip on their Zoom cameras.
